Did you turn on Archive Invalidation in FOMM or NMM? Custom textures won't work without it on as far as I know. It is in the Tool section at the top of each of those mod managers.

Yes, I sure did. Sorry for not telling you that, I meant to thought, my bad. Any other tips though, perhaps? Because I have dont just about everything possible. If I am missing something, I think it would be something small...

Usually texture mods are pretty easy to install and get working. If you have any other texture mods installed they may be conflicting. Besides those two things I don't have a clue what could be causing it.

Try again clean installing of mod, and follow steep by steep guide from that mod desscription.

I use the mod. It's dead simple if you use a mod manager. Just add in the archive under the mods tab and install.
Otherwise just make sure you extract and copy it to the Fallout 3 data folder exactly the way it is in the archive. Textures go in the textures folder. Go ahead and confirm the files are installed in the F3 data folder if you have to and start it up. If you use the Mod manager make sure archive invalidation is checked off, if you use the F3 launcher make sure to check off the load loose files.
Beyond that, I can't think of any reason it shouldn't work.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, I have tried reinstalling the whole thing literally 6 times. I have a quick question. When I bring up the Fallout Mod Manager, There is no NMC Texture Pack in the list of mods. Is this supposed to happen? And now I am a bit confused, I am supposed to have archive invalidation ON when using the mod, right? Thanks again.

The texture pack doesn't use a plugin so it won't appear in the plugin listing. F3 should use the new files if archive invalidation has a check mark(meaning it is applied).

Thanks for letting me know that, that is very helpful. Still can't get it to work, ive turned it off then back on, and everything else possible. Still not working :(

Have you checked in the Fallout 3 data folder to confirm it's there?

Fallout3GOTY/Data/Textures

NMC specifcally adds new folders for architecture, clutter, dungeons, furniture, landscapes, terminals and vehicles. All should be full of files.

Yes I did, but let me see if i got this right. So I put the "data" folder into the textures folder.... correct? If so, I have done this the whole time. One thing though, inside of my folder, somehow or another has a "0rougehallow" folder which is for the iron sights mod (which works perfectly). Does this affect the way that the NMC texture pack works, because their in the same folder? Thanks though :)

If your file structure is Fallout3GOTY/Data/textures/data as you are describing, then that is installed incorrectly. There should be no data subfolder. The file structure should be as I had in my previous post. Data goes in data, textures go in textures, etc

The archives file structure is set up to mirror the data folder of fallout 3. This is way many mod authors arrange their mods and it's the file structure that F3 looks for.

Omg! Thanks alot, but I will not lie, I don't quite get exactly where all of the folders and stuff go exactly? My stupidness and my uncomprhension skills are showing. Can you please tell me exactly where all of the stuff go exactly? Thanks alot. =D

Hey Marven, can you please tell me the correct folder structure? I am in desperate need for your magical wisdom.

One more time, and I'll try to make this as simple as i can.
Right now, the textures are installed incorrectly, so go into your Fallout3GOTY folder in your Steamapps, go into the data folder, go into the textures folder. Delete the data folder and everything in it that is inside the textures folder there(There should be no data folder under textures). Keep the window open exactly as it right now.

Now go back to the archive with the NMC textures, open it up, and go inside data, then into textures. You will see 7 named folders full of subfolders and files like architure, clutter, etc. Copy all of those folders and their contents into the textures folder window you still have open for Fallout 3. The new textures are in each of those folders, confirm they are there if you must.

The file structure to them in Fallout3GOTY should be this; Fallout3GOTY->Data->Textures->The 7 named folders->The actual textures files and thier subfolders. This is the install path the game looks for to find the files. With archive invaildition on, F3 should now use those textures.

Wow! That makes it work just fine now, thanks for your time, and breaking it down. I'm not the smartest person in the world. But thanks again though, I really do appreciate it.
