Report a translation problem
The easist method to check for conflict is use BOSS and have it sort your plugins. It should tell you which plugins needs to be activated as i know not all of them have to be for those mods. http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/10193/?
I can fix all your problems with these 3 mods!
1) Add all 3 mods as specified in my setup guide.
I have instructions for all 3!
Except I updated the installer for EVE so a hamster can do it now.
It used to be tricky.
Note there are special instructions for FWE if you are using NMM due to a bug with NMM!
Manually download: part 1,2 & hotfix.
Must turn these 3 archives into 1 Before adding & activating:
Extract all 3 into a new folder called Data, being careful with overwriting order (hotfix last).
Right click folder to create an archive from it, and add via NMM clicking "add mod from file".

2) activate the mods in your mod manager in this order:
FWE, [DarnUI, FWE support for DarnUI, Immersive HUD], MMM, EVE,
<All Other Mods>
(ignore the stuff about the UI mods if you aren't using them)
You can deactivate all mods and reactivate them in this order to be sure.
3) add the corresponding Blackened file. In this case you need the one for FWE-EVE-MMM.
And you're in luck! Blackened was just updated to version 2.0 only a few days ago!
What is blackened? Blackened is a special mod that resolves conflicts between FWE=EVE-MMM (& PB too)
4) use boss
5) done

There I just reduced your plugin count by 17, got your game working much better with blackened and stopped it from crashing LOL
