need help with type 3 mod

hey my friend payed me 5 bucks to install this mod for him but im running into some problems. the mod i was asked to install was the type 3 body mod here is a url for the fallout nexus

i followed the instructions but things are diffcult to understand and the truth is i have no clue about how to properly install fallout mods. i was thinking maybe some here could help me?

he said choose a mesh and copy that mesh in whatever fallout 3 folder u have or drag it into your downloads open up fomm or nmm then look for the file in fdownload i think it has to be zipped

I haven't used the type 3 in a looong time. Usually such body replacers will have the file placement arranged in their respective folders that correspond to placement in your fallout 3 data folder. Just follow that and be mindful if there are optional meshes/textures to use(Use only one texture/mesh, not all of them.)
Other than that, make sure you use some kind of archive invalidation so F3 knows to use the new files. Nexus mod manager will do this for you or there is a standalone program on nexus too.

yeah im still a little confused could you just give me a step by step list becuase i have no clue what im doing and so far your the smartest person i have met when it comes down to fallout's engine.
