Galaxy News Radio Music Error (NOT QUEST RELATED)
I'm having an issue with the music playing on Galaxy News Radio. Note, I do have the Galaxy News Radio Enhanced mod, but this is occuring on vanilla songs.

Basically, Three Dog comes in clearly just fine, but all music comes in distorted, and almost unrecognizable. It is NOT the bad quality that is typical of all the songs. It is an error in game game its self. This problem has persisted even though I have: played the game on a physical disc, manually uninstalled everything, then had the game purchased for me on Steam, a totally different installation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What OS are you using?

Go to this link:
http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/350/?

Click on files, download it, unzip it.
Put the "Sound" folder in your fallout "Data" folder.

I got the same problem, and the mod did not help. Trying some suggestions that users posted on the mod's commentary page.

If you are using AC3 filter, to to its config -> system -> turn off jiter correction.
Game wav files ale slightly distorted to simulate vinyl sound. Codec detects it as corupted sound and tryes to correct that where shutter comes from ^.^

Thank you, Goro san! I like my mods to improve the game, not attempt to fix it. One little untag was all I needed! Happy wasteland wanderer now!
