Looking for NPC Sydney

I'm trying to find the character Sydney. Spent the better part of an hour looking too. The Wiki says she'll be in The 9th Circle in the Underworld if she survives her mission with you, but I can't find her anywhere. I'm quite certain she's not dead.

I'm tired of looking. I'll even use a "Spawn NPC" cheat code if one exists.

Aside from being at either the museum, Rivet City, or Underworld, she's gotta either be dead or stuck trying to crawl over a rock somewhere. If you want to spawn her at your location look up "console commands" or something like that on the fallout wiki.

If you have trouble using these commands, unfortunately someone else may have to help you. I haven't bothered with them. About 15% of the way down the page is a section on NPC Manipulation.

Found the code to transport me to her. Thanks for that link! She's wandering on the edge of the Rivet City ship. I should remember this code. Finding specific NPCs without quest markers is hard!
