GOTY Edition - how to activate Broken Steel?

Hi, i just finished the Fallout 3 (goty edition) and wondered why the game ended. i thought all addons are included - and so "broken steel" should allow me to continue. Do i have to activate it somehow? (my level cap was 20 throughout the game btw). Thanks for helping.

Yes i wonder too.... i got the same problem but broken steel is the only one addon wich is working by me.... all other dlc's didn't work and i think thats a problem wich is caused by Games for Windows LIVE....could this be?!

Did you activate the dlc throught the game launch, it's in data files

Yes, i found it now - its in the first menu that appears when u start the game - maybe too obvious ;) Thank you anyway!
