It is in the forums somewhere though.
Now, for getting more enjoyment and longevity out of the game... I highly recommend the FWE mod from the Fallout Nexus. It's the only way I play anymore. It makes the game's combat and survival aspects much more demanding, and also slows down leveling. Best part is that everything is customizable so it doesn't have to be too difficult or too slow.
It makes leveling slower, meaning you need more XP to lvl.
Simply playing vanilla FO3 with 5 DLCs (without mods that add quests and enemies) makes you gain max lvl at midgame, and after the feeling to achieve something when killing stuff is gone, detracting one of the fun aspect of an RPG: character developement.
With this mod I have explored and completed EVERY map location, done 4 DLCs out of five, completed the main storyline and all other quests, and started the last DLC Broken Steel, and I am still lvl 29 and 15000 xp are needed to reach lvl cap, that will happen just before finishing all the contents FO£ has for you, and this without messing with enemy lvl.
