100% Completion?
I've been wanting to start my annual replay of both FO3 and NV in preparation for the E3 announcement, and I've redownloaded all my mods to start anew. But I'm tired of doing different challenges and playstyles, I want to do a playthrough to the very bitter end. The be-all end-all of a save file. Collecting/Completing/Killing EVERYTHING. Is there a way to 100% this game? Is there a checklist floating around? I know how to get full S.P.E.C.I.A.L., but is there a way to get full Skills without cheating or any additional mods?

What do you think, was this game meant to be "completed"?

There are many skill guides for the purpose to raise all skills to 100
For example: http://www.ign.com/faqs/2010/fallout-3-maximum-skill-levelling-guide-1061867

Good luck

I saw that, and didn't agree with the perks it forces you to take.

I meant 100% completion AS A WHOLE. Every mission, every unique weapon, maybe even unique items. Is there a fan agreed method to "100 percenting" the game?

It doesn't force you to. The alternative is to find all skill books. At least the FAQ say so.

Still, I'm not just talking about maxing out your character. I'm talking about a hypothetical checklist containing every mission, collectible, and achievement.

It's impossible. Some missions--including the final mission of the main game-- have multiple endings, after all. Plus there's certain companions that can only be obtained by having a certain karma.

They can't be companions if they're dead.:B1:
