* Do make sure that the Broken Steel DLC is activated. Go to Data files in the games main menu and make sure all five DLC's have check marks in the box next to them. In rare cases one or more of the DLC's are not automatically activated when you install the game.
You're welcome. I hope that fixes it for you, it should. If not, Google "Fallout 3 Broken Steel DLC" and there will be a wiki page that tells you all about it and it has a Bug section for glitches in any quest and usually a fix for the bug. Have fun and If you haven't played it yet, I suggest getting Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition. It is also a awesome game where your dicisions have real consequences.
Wait! GFWL is GONE Microsoft nuked it! The DLC's may not have been activated. Check data files.
As long as you have the game of the year edition, you have the DLC's. Try Googling Fallout 3 Broken Steel, go to the wiki page the results show you and check the bug section. You might have a glitch that the wiki page has a fix for.
Got no answer for that question but, GFWL was nuked by MS on July 1st.
And yes, a re-install may fix your problem. Yet I would still read the wiki to see if there is a fix for it.
Well, Thanks A bunch either way Ronr42.
