then something wrong considering i can repair it with all brotherhood steel type armor ,and it breaks about as fast
I have only 1 mod that affects gameplay which is the unoffical patch
any idea how i can add another that is like it then just remove my current one?
It says
There are 2 versions ,Version Sim and wasteland
Sim or Simulation one has a high HP count and player is not suppose to get ,also it unrepairable by player
Wasteland version is unlike the sim ,where it can be repaired it has around 100 hp
My bet is Unoffical Patch is to blame right now, which makes no sense on why make it basicly a small upgrade after alot of hastial to get it
The editor for Fallout 3.
You can change values of items and stuff its great
This is the answer, basically.
The Winterized Power Armor you get from Operation Anchorage is "bugged" in the real version of the game and you get the "Sim" version of it that has 999,999 hitpoints instead of the normal 100 hitpoints power armor is supposed to have.
If you install one of the unofficial patches, it corrects this back to the "intended" state.
However, Bethesda left that bug on purpose because everyone said they wanted it that way. The "broken" 999,999 hitpoint "sim" version of the armor is now, in fact, the intended reward for that quest.
Also if you have repair problems and happen to have Point Lookout, you can use an exploit to patronize the merchant in there until his repair skill is perfect, allowing you to repair pretty much anything to perfect condition if you have the caps.
