[MODS] my game crashes on startup

hello Fallout 3 community i have recently started to use mods on my falout 3 game, after a while of using some small mods i decided to use some bigger mods (EVE MMM & FWE).

But lo' and behold my game crashes on launch it opens the screen is black for about 5-10 seconds then the opening slide shows for about 0.5 of a second then crashes to desktop.

As i am a reletive modding noob i dont really know what is wrong i suspect that it has something to do with the thing where it says things along the lines of

EVE.visual/2handedrifle/shoot is conflicting with FWE override conflicting file?
yes to all, yes to folder, yes to mod, yes, no, no to mod, no to foder, no to all,

But it could also be my load order whitch is

i don't see the mods required to link eve and fwe in there. did i just miss them?

no i dont seem to have that, is that causing th crash, if so where can i download it?

there should have been a notice on the mods page on the nexus, letting you know what else was required and a link to them.

boss isn't an installer. it's a mod organizer. so is loot. NMM and FOMM are installers. you need to add "blackened".
from the setup guide.........

Blackened[fallout3.nexusmods.com] (better than foip)
YOU NEED THIS if you mix FWE, MMM, EVE, or PB.
You don't need this if you only run one of those mods.
Geeky experts have painstakingly analyzed and resolved all conflicts between FWE, EVE, MMM, and PB. This means you can run these big mods together in peace, knowing they will work well together. This is a great leap forward in the stability and quality of modded setups!
Special instruction for using MMM with Blackened:
ONLY activate MMM.esm, MMM.esp, and the 5 MMM-DLC plugins.
ALL other MMM plugins are built into Blackened or activated via pipboy. (even main menu.esp)

ok i have instaled blackend FWE + MMM + EVE should that work?

i have ran into something i see a lot whenem i try to add it (add mod from file) it goes into the download manager but says
name size status all others are blank
blackend [blank] incomplete
when i click resume the selected download it starts to download for a section but stops and goes back to the aformentioned state

i think so. you might want to install fo3edit, when you get time. so you can check compatibility and make a merged patch.

dump it and redownload
happens a lot.

so just delete it and re-try it?
