what's the best player home on the nexus?

i'm looking for the best player home. i'm looking for one with a great auto-sorter for weapons, ammo, clothes/armor, food and drinks. the more it sorts, the better. that's my first priority. anything else it offers would be a bonus.

The absolute best home IMO is the MyFallOutHouse mod.
It has sorters for ammo, food, drinks, chems, miscellaneous items, bookshelves that automatically line up skill and other books to display them, movable mannequins to display armor, cases and racks for weapons display, a sorting shelf that displays all the alien items from Zeta DLC (if collected) and one for the Lincoln items from the Profits Margins quest. The furniture items are all movable so the default layout can be changed to suit individual tastes. It is compatible with immersion mods that require eating, sleeping and drinking as it has a water purifier, a place to cook food and package it to carry on quests as well as a bedroom. Purchasing the workbench, quantum machine, jukebox, etc. you can place them in the house where you want them. The workbench has custom weapons that can be built.
Its located by default outside of Megaton, but you can chose to have it located in one of 4 different locations when the mod is installed. A downside is it can't be purchased until after Rivet City is discovered during Scientific Pursuits.

I think its a great house mod as it offers a bunch of unique and desirable features.

the mini hideout is pretty good! i'm gonna keep it. but i still need more sorters. i got a house full of junk!
i've been searching for an hour trying to find Dadelus' house mod with no luck. :-(

i would say its this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/9592/? jsut search a video theres a bunch of secret rooms but it has a smallquest just go into the house location should be on map and theres a note on door looking for house key then you get quest markers

IDK if this thread is still on but an awesome player home with anything and i mean anything is Underground Hideout!! It is the best home mod IMO and you have so many things to do, from building a security base at the entrance, to training soldiers and building robots, to even having an awesome armory with everything you can think of!! You should, no you have to check it out, you will fall in love with it!! Here is the link: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/9592/? P.S.: Also there is a short quest you have to do in order to get the key for the home, but its worth the time doing it, because.. you will see! :)
