merchants question

im trying to find the merchants to sell junk to repair weapons and buy ammo and Aids
but when go to said location i cant find were they are do yall know were at they are in those areas?

In Megaton seek Moira in CraterSide Supplies.
In Rivet City seek Seagrave Holmes in the Rivet City Market.
I don't remember anyone selling junk in Paradise Falls.

There are traveling merchants as well. Wait by megaton for an hour at a time and they will rotate in and out.

Selling junk should be the same as any items. At the top of the menu you can change from weapons to armor to aid to misc to ammo. Your junk is in the misc.

Go to moira in megaton. Talk to her and say you want to trade. a menu will come up showing both inventories. You then click on the item/ammo that you want to sell. You can do the same with her inventory with stuff you want to buy. When doing so you will see the caps t be traded across based on what is being bought/sold. When you are done you can accept the trade or select cancel if you changed your mind.

Yep, and you can wait for them in Canterbury Commons and Rivet City. Canterbury Commons give a quest to unify all the traders together. It increases their inventory, caps on hand, repair skills, and they each give you individual rewards.

No reason not to do the quest OP. Canterbury Commons is easy to find, it's east of The Scrapyard and Minefield. Moira can give you map markers for those, if you start her quest, which I also recommend.

Pronto, of The Lock and Load. His stock isn't any good until you bring him twenty Chinese Assault Rifles. It's a cool hunt for evil karma players.

I think you are wrong about Pronto, his stock includes guns and ammo, maybe some armor, but not junk.
