Follower weapons and armor

Hey guys i need help again with comapinions does anyone know what armor and weapons i can equip to the companions Fawkes and Dogmeat or Dogmeat's puppy?

Fawkes no armor and he stuck with his laser or hammer

Dogmeat is stuck as is

you need mods to changes there gear

get a armor with high DR then brotherhood power armor (so about any enclave armor,or T51b

Ihave tesla armor but i want to know about the quest not the DLC which gives you thr T51b armor when you kill the people do you lose karma?

depends on the people

Most yes .but kill tenpenny for good

The idea for basicly all NPC followers is

some perfore there own gun ,some like a general gun type

some just go for dmg (cross is one of those)



Shoot them in the head can be done afew ways ,i'll usally do this

Dave-Vote him out (you must be the ambassor of the wasteland ) ,he'll head to old odney and die to death claws (he'll fudge the votes abit so as soon as he is near the box grab all votes for dave and moreless make your descion,i'll pick rosie)


The others expect for tenpenny = i use speech grab there keys that way

tenpenny blast him in the head

after getting ALL keys you can do this 2 ways



way one go to fort constution and just grab the armor

or my way ,go to the fort unlock all doors then give him the keys in exchange


thereby i get paid and then i fast travel ASAP to the fort and grab the armor (crowley has a good chance of death so best this way )

when you meet dave it a speech option ,that is for the fisrt time

it will unlike the others give you perm access to republic of dave

i have 100 speech so im good there.

afterwards start asking about how i can help and with the eletecion

if dave loses he'll go to old odeny (death claw town ,where he shall surely die without assit )

i'll shoot him in the head since after wards if he survives if you chat with him abit he'll try to kill you

ok im done i did it and didnt lose any relation i got the armor finsihed the mission and only lost 500 caps totally worth the caps

oh ya can you list the weapons she can use i saw here using the laser pistol i tried giving her the plasma rifle and all of the alien weapons.

oh ya i also tried giving her a unique gatling laser called Vengeance

the weapon not fully conditioned has 97 damage and i havent speced into big guns but i have into energy weapons which is 100.
