game is too dark

my game looks like this http://imgur.com/m4dV3O0 when night time comes. This is even with brightness turned all the way up. I don't remember it being this hard to see.

I don't know if this will work with FO3, but it helps some players with NV being too dark inside some buildings. I haven't played FO3 for sometime and have not opened the options menu in quite awhile, so I'm not sure the setting is even available in FO3. In the graphics settings look for HDR and use that instead of Bloom. That helps some with NV.

You're game is deffinitely way too dark outside at night. There are some mods that make different things in the game more realistic. You may have downloaded one that makes nights darker.

if you're into mods, there's a program that will let you tweak all kinds of video settings you normally couldn't, or far beyond what the game would let you. it's called the fo3 configator. (yes i know it's spelled wrong. so does the author) you can get it off the nexus. it's a really neat program. i use it on new vegas as well.

i uninstalled and reinstalled and fixed the prob. sorry for not updating this post earlier. thanks for the replies.
