carry weight problem please help

well i just wanted to know after i got my brother to use the command player.modav carryweight # in the command menu it set my carry weight to to 3000 because i was on the mother ship zeta quest and i didn't want to have to drop all the loot i got but now i just want it to go back down to 380 because with a carry weight for 3000 is only good for one time and is taking the fun out of the game really so i just wanted to ask if there is anyway to bring it back down to that number

Use the same command to lower it to whatever limit you want

Change the number to a negative to reduce: eg "player.modav carryweight -3000" would undo the +3000 change you listed in your O.P.

Do not use "player.setav" as this permanently sets the stat, so gaining strength later will not raise your carry, as it normally should. [according to something I read on the wiki, but not tested this myself]
