how do i open the consloe when my controller is on

ok i just got this game this is annoying bc i am forced to switch between keybored and the xbox controller

is there a way to fix this

what do you mean? if i want to use keyboard i just unplug the controller, never had any issues.

what im trying to say is that if i want to use consloe commands i need my keybored and i like playing with my controller more so i was wondering if there was a way to use both

pretty sure you just have to unplug the controller, open the console and use your console commands, then just plug the controller back in. only takes a few seconds. i dont think theres a way to have both mouse/keyboard and gamepad active at the same time in this game.

There's no way to do that, you're either going to have to get a third party controller or unplug it, use the console, and plug it back in. The Xbox 360 and One controller has no feature that allows you to access your keyboard.

Yes, it works with Skyrim but not the Fallout titles, the Fallout titles never had the ability to do this.

2. Just use a keyboard and cheat or a controller and don't cheat

You don't need to switch to keyboard to bring up the console.

no im not i was moveing my pc in and out of a room one day it just won't turn it turn on but then shut down it was a USB port that did it
