Good iron sights mod?

I'm looking for a decent iron sights mod- I like the environment of FO3 a bit more than FNV, but if there's one thing I miss it's looking down the barrel of a gun instead of zooming in. I've seen a few on Nexus, but am curious what other people's opinions are.

Do NOT install the mod above if you have the GOTY edition. install this one if you do > http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/16787/?tab=2&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Ffallout3%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D16787&pUp=1 Look for the file called RH_IronSights Merged, and if you have EVE, FWE etc like BenWah said above, install those bridges from the main mod page.

What happens if I do install the other mod? Will it mess up the game/not work?
