No pipboy?

i just can't use my pipboy, i see in the corner that i got one (when the overseer gives you one), but when i press the tab key, my character looks at his arm (like you do when opening the pipboy), but i literally can't see it, where the pipboy should be is emptyness, i see a part of the elbow and a part of the hand.

Also, this is a Modless save, i tried reinstalling and checking cache but nothing works.

Specs:
Windows 8.1
Nvidia GT 740M (yes it's a laptop)
Intel i7 2.4 ghz
Samsung evo 850 ssd
