intelligence worth putting points in?
seems like having 1 intelligence doesnt change the dialouge.
is it worth putting points into intelligence anyway ?

Yes, because it affects the amount of skill points you get when you level up.

Maxing intelligence ASAP is super worth it. I get like 22 skill points a level. (I got educated too)

Get educated perk and bolt to rivet city and grab the bobblehead without speaking to anyone. Am sure there is something else that gives you +1 INT so with a starting stat of 8 and the perk you can have max skills easily.
