Paradise Falls bad quest design
So you are basically forcing me to be a slaver or murder the whole town. And its tied to the main quest?
Well ♥♥♥♥ that.
And the breaking point was when they wanted me to take Red in as a slave. I had just saved Big Town, and she's the town Med. She goes, thats one less person to defend the town and no healing? And my entire playthrough is 100% good?
So I went in like Neo and Trinity saving Morpheus from the Sentinels.

I enslaved the sniper at the minefield. You could also get inside without any problem if you have very evil karma and tell em "Do you know who i am?"

more bad design (potentially) because this can also be the 1st quest in the survivors guide quest, so like in my case, Arkansas is already dead. But the point is, to continue on the main quest line you have to either compromise your values or turn into homicidal murderer.

I even wiki'd the quest to see if there was some other way around, there's not.

It's almost as if life in the wastelands wasn't fair...

I have been playing a neg. karma playthrough. I'll do "good" quests to rack up the XP, but my actions far outweigh the the good I do in the wasteland.

In the past I've saved Red and then, slave her up when she gets back to big town, but this time around, just to save time, I opened her cell and threw a collar on her right away. Now I can't complete the big town quest... lol.

Some of the Quest tracking in Fallout 3 sucks bad.

After the main quest I haven't found anyone else I can slave. I've tried it on random NPCs and either they start screaming for help and run, or on a few crit. shots their heads have actually exploded.

Can you even keep slaving people after the quest to get into Paradise falls?

Yes, you can keep enslaving them. It helps to have a high sneak, I think. Then you can mezz the heck out of them. In my playthroughs, Grouse eventually gets snuffed by random wasteland critters spawning near PF at higher levels. After that: no more easy slaving caps.
