Fallout 3 - Game of the Year Edition

Winterized T-51b Power Armor Breaking
Hello!
Recently I started playing FO3 again and wanted to try some mods this time, I noticed my Winterized T51b breaking and I saw it was because of the Updated Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch.

Is there a way to restore it to the previous values?

I already tried the console commands

Player.additem 01001f09 1 for the original armor
player.additem 01001f08 1 for the original helmet

player.additem 01003A04 1 for the gauss rifle, but this one actually worked

but for some reason the armor doesn't appear in my inventory (invisible items but counting for the weight limit)

Is there a way to change this setting?

Thanks!

You should check the load order on the Anchorage.esm. These codes are direct from my game where Anchorage.esm comes directly after the Fallot3.esm as [01]. They all work. No ghostly items.

01001F09 Winterized T-51b Power Armour
0100C18D Winterized T-51b Power Armour Wasteland
01001F08 Winterized T-51b Power Helmet
0100C18E Winterized T-51b Power Helmet Wasteland

Edit: Sorry. Forgot the Gauss rifle. These two codes work and are out of the esm.

01003A04 DLC02WeapGaussRifle
0100C07D DLC02WeapGaussRifleWasteland

Like I said, check the load order or try changing the first number from 1 to 2 or 3 perhaps. You get the idea.

I mean in my load order Anchorage also comes exactly after fallout3.esm

Its Fallout.3sm 00
Anchorage.esm 01
BrokenSteel 02
ThePitt 03
PointLookout 04
Zeta 05
and then the Updated Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch 06

Ima try to change the load order and test it I guess

Edit: Moving Anchorage.esm makes the game not recognize the commands for the helmet/power armor

Not even the wasteland version

Update: I wasn't able to get the armor visible in the inventory but I managed to equip it with

player.equipitem

But still, the armor invisible in my inventory, this is reeeeally confusing

I tested it disabling all the mods and the power armor appears in my inventory

Then I was going to try by enabling the mods one by one

But the armor got invisible again when I enabled the Updated Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch

Never used that one. Obviously something in it messes with the armour. Looking at the mod I see it depends on all DLC and many other user mods too. Any one of which could be conflicting with the items you mentioned.

Well done by the way. Trying each mod one at a time is tedious but the only way to know.

I mean, to be honest the only thing I really want to use is the Fallout 3 HD Overhaul ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/25657 )

Have you tried it with the old patch? Idk whats the difference between the old patch and the updated one

But I think im just gonna try throwing the textures in the Data folder and try to run the textures alone without the patch lol

Not tried that one either. 10Gb damn that's big. I'll take a look but it may be sometime with my slow connection. LOL

This is what I use. It's old but it serves me well.

The game looks fantastic with the HD Overhaul (Just so u know u need Archive Invalidation Invalidated or you won't see any difference)

Idk if its necessary to also install the textures for the DLC's but yeah

I think im also just gonna download the old patch and try a save, the only thing I did was help Moira with the first chapter of the book and then I went straight to Operation Anchorage to enjoy a unbreakable power armor but I guess I gotta do it all over again XD

Not a problem. I can toggle that in FOMM.

The DLC are set in their own environments so I guess they would need the corresponding download.

I tried the HD Overhaul but I keep getting CTD when entering some interiors. Including my main base so that's a no-go for me. Shame, it looked nice enough too.
