Every single time I try to enter Paradise Falls, the game crashes at the gate.

Thread title. I've tried disabling all mods and entering and it still crashes. Any ideas on what to do? I've tried Googling it, but the majority of people's issues are regarding weird mod load orders.

More specifically the crash occurs when you walk right past Grouse. If I had to take a stab at what is causing it, its the check to see whether you're trespassing or not. Essentially the check to determine whether Grouse and Richter become hostile or if you've been allowed entry. I've been allowed entry. I'm trying to play an evil character and it kind of stinks that I can't enslave Bryan Wilks or anyone for that matter while being evil.
