Hmmm, I'm looking at #16 and #29 in your load order there... and I'm scratching my chin... hm...

I wonder if it is an issue with project beauty? Then again, that is a terrain mod, right? It looks like some kind of body retex issue. There was a 'Black skin' bug in Skyrim, related to a similar issue, um, is there anything to do with facial textures in mods #'s 74 and 79 in your list?

#74 Is suppose to just change the vault suit, but that mod probably doesn't work anymore since I have type 3 installed now.

To anyone that cares, it was caused by Project Beauty. I couldn't figuer out how to fix it so I just uninstalled it and no more pink people! That's fine, I didn't really like what it did anyway. It made Amata look like she had failed plastic surgery done on her lips and tried to cover it up with too much makeup, and made a few others looks a bit silly as well.
