How to get to vault 87?

Through the reactor room? I've saved the slave kids, talked to Eclair, talking to the mayor i don't have any new choices and same goes for Joseph.

You have to do things in the right order - little lamplight is broken and the dumbass NPC who lets you through the gate will literally disappear, meaning the only way to get in is to noclip.

Well i guess im ♥♥♥♥♥♥? I didn't do any quest in the citadel i just have the "explorer" perk that gives me every location on the map so i went to lamplight did all the quests there then i went to paradise falls i rescued the kids and came back to lamplight, now i can't get inside 87.
