Fallout Three GOTY not working?

I own a windows seven lanovo thinkpad. I know that Fallout Three GOTY is "not compatible" with windows seven. I have checed multipule guilds on how to fix this. I have limmited it to one core as the game is intended, I have changed bUseThreadedAI=0 to bUseThreadedAI=1 and added iNumHWThreads=2 dirctly below it. the game willl freeze during the loading screenn before you get born and you can make your charictar. can somone please help me with this.

I don't know what he said but i also need help with this... I have Win 7 and am trying to make it compatable.

I've made it as far as my 10th birthday... then it freezes after about 5 seconds

u installed patch 1.7? After u updated to 1.7 u have to download the inofficial patch from Nexus mods. This is how i fixed it.
And the things in the Fallout.ini I changed too

I have Windows 10, i start this game first time, I klick Play in LuncherMenu, but this game dont work! But i do compatable this 2 exe ( Fallout3.exe and FalloutLauncher.exe) and start this as Admininstrator. Then he say a Error : faild binkw32dll. <--- this dll is in a wrong folder. Search for Fallout 3 goty/Fallout 3/binkw32.dll and do strg + C to Copy in Folder /Fallout 3 goty.

This Game starts now.... but i play this Game and the next ♥♥♥♥ problem, he crash all 5min or all 1 - 2 hours.... this sucks.... sry for my bad english...XD I got a next Door and then freez i load a next world and freez.. i shoot with a automatical weapon then freez^^

I do this to and chang config...

Step 3: Open up the Configuration file in Notepad, (Which should be named "Fallout_default")press Ctrl+F and find the following line of text. NOTE: THIS IS CASE SENSITIVE

bUseThreadedAI=0

You must change this to:

bUseThreadedAI=1

Step 4: Directly underneath the changed line of text, create a new line and type:

iNumHWThreads=2

dont work..

I have intaled it yesterday I amnot sure if this would make a diffrence. ca tou please walk me through on how to uninstall the patch.

yesterday I downloaded it from steam, and it doesn´t open, I don´t know why isn´t it opening, if someone knows how to fix it, please say it, sorry if my english is bad, i´m learning

I installed the game today, windows 8.1 64-bit and in my case it was appcrash on xlive.dll, the solution was to install MS Game for windows .. >> https://steamcommunity.com/app/22370/discussions/0/43099721889677144/
