IS the PC version of Fallout 3 GOTY better than the PS3 version?
I own the PS3 version of Fallout 3, and can get the PS3 GOTY Version for free. But is the PC version of Fallout 3 GOTY edition better than the PS3 version? Is the graphics better or can be set at a higher resolution than the PS3 ? (I have an i3 3.5 gig, and a Geforce 750ti overclocked)

Is there features that work better on the PC then a console, or vice versa? Can the PC version use mods like other Bethesda games?

I never played the PS3 version so I don't know if it's better or worse in terms of graphics.

Yes, the PC version can be modded like other Bethesda games.

The PC version has been programmed for XP and a lot of people experience problems to run it on later Windows versions, so get it at your own risk (on my Win7 machine it works just fine, though I use it unmodded, which may or may not be a factor).

The fps cap is gone and the controlls are better and more responding.

And you can get a better resolution and even graphics.

It depends on the rig that you're running on. I used to be pretty hardcore Playstation and then my husband bought me a cyberpowerPC Fangbook for Valentines Day a few years ago and I haven't really looked back to console gaming again.

As someone who played both I can tell you the PC version is far superior (visually and loading times). Some sweet mods available too.
