You could lower the graphics to the point where even if it does happen, you can't tell....

Probably not the solution you are looking for, but it would solve it.

i fixed it, turns out unofficial patch is a culprit of it, so if anyone has a similar issue ima leave this here, if you have unofficial patch its most likely that

its quite a common bug so i dont really think there is a need for a screenshot, his eyes will float at the side of his head while in combat, but like i said i have found the culprit behind the bug and it has now been fixed.

huh I've never seen it, so it ain't THAT common, or maybe I'm just lucky? I mean I have modded Fallout 3 across ~5 accounts for probably longer than you've known it exists, I mean this steam account you're using is only 8 years old, if this is your only one...

wait did you use the original UFO3P? that's broken beyond help at this point, you're supposed to use UUFO3P, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/19122 and whatever specific mod patches you'll need after that.

Updated Unofficial patch is what i used, and it still breaks a lot after it so i elected to not use it at all, as its just not worth the hassle. Idk what your going on about with account age and stuff, i've played fallout 3 originally on the xbox all the time, and ive modded it several times before also, its really why i dont like to ask a lot for help on something because most of the time peoples advice is unsubscribe from all and reset completly, which im not gonna do im just going to try to pinpoint the mod that causes the issue, this is not my only steam account, but regardless getting off topic, i have resolved the issue like i said previously and only going to leave this here for anyone who encounters a similar bug.
