but you really shouldn't; and they likely don't exist there because vortex isn't running currently, as vortex uses a virtual filesystem overlay, so nothing actually gets installed under Data/ but mapped there by the vfs image within proton, if you really want to do it manually, have vortex open a shell or file manager, with this game selected, which will mount the vfs into this game's compatdata proton bottle, then you can plop them in manually. (note it will be a windows shell, not a linux shell, you're in proton now)
you really should read up on using vortex correctly, though, especially the "load after" rules; you want these later than your other stuff. did you use LOOT to sort your load order (within vortex?) it can handle basic stuff like this.
