Fallout 3 GOTY: Mothership Zeta bug
I´m playing Fallout 3 game of the year edition on the PC, trying to complete the Mothership Zeta dlc, although while trying to get to the bridge after the spacewalk, when Elliott gets out of the teleport, he instantly starts "fleeing" and running around evrywhere like an idiot, so I can´t finish.
Not only that, but Sally only ever so often actually tries to open the second door, but only stands behind it and dosen´t do anything at all.

Anyone - please help as soon as you can!

Also, only Sally, Paulson and Elliott were supposed to come with to the bridge? not the Toshiro guy?

The japanese guy, IIRC disappears looking for his sword.

I found out Somah was supposed to be there too. maybe she was supposed to activate some trigger or something..?

Do I have to restart from longer back?
That would be a nightmare...

Also I may have dumped the samurai´s sword into one of the space holes.. oops.

Yeah, you should probably restart from farther back, if the issue keeps popping up, although, you could probably use console commands to forcibly bypass the issue, although there is the possibility of that causing other problems. If done right, it shouldn't, but it depends on what the actual problem is.
As for loading from further back being a pain, personally I make use of a mod called CASM that makes automatic saves every 5 minutes and cycles through ten different saves by default. Even on PS3 (as crash-happy and gloriously broken as that was) I made it through by saving before entering buildings, before completing quests, and every time I did something that would take more than 5-10 minutes to replicate. It's good practice even on PC. What truly ended my enjoyment on PS3 wasn't the various glitches and software lockups, but savegame bloat resulting in 5 minute loading screens and gradually lowering framerates.
