help ''Bottle cap'' (then hit enter)
NOTE: It may be one word, (bottlecap), in which case simply omit the punctuation marks (punctuation marks are required for more-than-one-word items.
''Help'' is the sourcing command of the game's debugging toolset to acquire the codes for any item in the game. You should get the code that looks like:
MISC: Bottlecap or Bottle cap accompanied with the code for it. (eg: 000c654f)
Once you have the ID code, type:
player.additem [ID code] 20000 (then hit enter)
You should then receive 20,000 caps.
Any problems, visit the Fallout3 wiki for console commands:
Google: Fallout3 Console commands.
If you don't want to do this, then you may have to start debugging your mods one by one, process of elimination, this will take some time as you deactivate and perform trading transactions.. which is why I suggest just for now, if you want, simply get yourself caps. If you want to keep it game-play friendly, then just add a small number of caps every now and then.
Best of luck :)
