Quest bug waters of life help?

it's not the first time I've had this issue and could not find a fix the first time, anyway I only have have three mods and they are player home mod and a mod that expands the pit and point lookout reborn I know for a fact they are not the cause, I am stuck on waters of life drain the intake this I already did but the quest never updated I even tried to reload my saved game from before I left the sub basment and did bot fix it I am about to give up and roleplay my own way anyone know of a way to fix this either by console or anything I have tried to force the the quest objective to the next player.setstage 00014e8b 75 and failed?
