Guide how to run Fallout 3 on the newer systems; https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3220819875
And this is the Guide what you need to play:

click the browse button and locate the game launche, the location is locates in the game settings in steam. then manually select the graphics card you want to use then the launcher can see the choosen driver rather than the incorrect auto detected one
However: it would be so nice if people would post textual instructions instead of (or as well as) these videos that you have to pause all the time. sigh. Text is SO much easier for instructions like this. And trust me, with the algorithm on youtube these days, more people watching your videos really doesn't make you money any more.
followed that guide. I had to delete the Fallout.ini and try again without changing any settings in the launcher to get it to finally populate the ini for proper editing to get the correct water reflections issues addressed.
I tried doing this one and it still has not worked for me unfortunately. IDK what to do about this game
Is spanish, turn on CC it works
