does fallout 3 support dxvk?
if so should i use the new vegas mod archive (apparantly it works? dk tho)
or the one from github

Just download the anniversary patcher it has intel HD bypass built in. I mean if you plan on modding that is.

If im playing it on another non intel PC how will it benefit?

yes the dxvk faked dll works, but it might be a bit slow, depending on your rig, especially Vega and Intel iGPUs... if you want to compare, just grab the legacy DirectX SDK archive, extract that somewhere, then drop the d3d9.dll from Jun2010_d3dx9_43_x86.cab (using cabextract) into your Fallout 3 directory, if you don't want to install it system-wide...

compare the dxvk .dll and a real DX9 .dll and see which does best for you...

It will help, it doesn't matter on the graphics.
