Rescue From Paradise Bug

After connecting the terminals at the fuse box and distracting Forty, Squirrel won't talk to me. He chants 'Mungo Mungo Smells like Dungo,' and when I interact with him, he says 'stay away mungo, I don't want to talk to you!' but no dialogue option comes up to progress the quest forward.

Does anyone have a link to the game's console commands where I can manually fix this?
