After yer 1st run, there's a bunch of great mod lists, depending on what you liked and what you didn't.
But I really do, and not because I'm a purist, think this game is best played once in it's best vanilla state, before you decide what to change.
For me, I'mma gonna back to 3, NV, and 4, all on easy or normal, just to dive into that world again before the TV show!
