Finding the garden of Eden Cutscene is stuck... Help!

During the mission Finding the garden of Eden, after I retrieved the GECK and tried to exit the Vault 87, the enclave ambushed me.

Colonel Autumn says "make sure you get the G.E.C.K into my Vertibird to his soldiers" and the soldier replies "yes sir".

Here the cutscene is blocked, the soldiers stay put and I cannot move.

How do I move on?

Note: I already tried reloading an old save. I also tried leaving the vault just before getting the GECK, fast travelling to Megaton, sleeping, saving, loading, fast travelling to little lamplight, entering the Vault 87 again and getting the GECK, but I still got stuck.
