Outcasts go hostile after Anchorage

I return from Operation Anchorage, and unlock the store room. I'm looking around, I took the stealth suit, I spoke with the woman scribe, and next thing I know everyone goes hostile on me. What caused it? Was it my lack of having a bath for god knows how long? was it that I touched the power armor?

After you end the simulation and enter the armory some of the outcasts disagree with allowing you access to the armory and turn against you and the outcast leader. easily missed as the player is busy grabbing loot and not listening to the NPCs talking with each other or It could be lack of bathing.
