Game won't launch

I can't get passed the mini menu when booting up the game. What can I do to fix this?

Fallout Anniversary Patcher. if you've installed your game before, may wish to delete your .ini files then perform integrity of game files function.

@Tector, that's only if he plans on using FOSE, but FOSE isn't needed unless you plan on running mods that require FOSE. Anniversary patcher is a downgrade so FOSE will work with it as they never updated FOSE to the new version of the game, which include just the Epic Games and Steam versions, which it downgrades from version 1.7.0.4 to 1.7.0.3

Fairly short and easy to do and saves you alot of hassles.

Hey I tried this along with a Multitude of other "Fixes" and it hasn't worked for me, can I get some help if Plausible? is it possibly because i'm on Windows 11?

no matter what fix I try the game still wont even launch past the mini-Launcher.

fresh installs, verifying, Nexus "fixes" none of it works.

games are already set to High Priority in Graphical Settings, im completely lost

@High Warlord did you make sure after using the previous fixes that you deleted the game folder completely, which needs done if you attempted it first with mods outlined in the pinned guide. If you tried the UFP first that requires a total game folder wipe to get rid of the changes. Can you let me know what hardware you are using with your win11? and if you are referring to setting the gpu ask on the mod for clarification or I can try to help with that maybe find a link or something to show you, but not sure offhand, still a win10nr
