Game remains in a vanilla state, but is mod ready.
Fixes most performance or start issues and eliminates the crash problem with the game.
no matter what fix I try the game still wont even launch past the mini-Launcher.
fresh installs, verifying, Nexus "fixes" none of it works.
games are already set to High Priority in Graphical Settings, im completely lost
