Game crashes when going to outside

Whenever I try to load a save thats outdoors, my game crashes. This started happening when i reinstalled my game several days ago, though i'm not sure what's causing it, as it has not happened before. I loaded a save that was in My Megaton House, and it loaded fine until i tried to leave megaton. It crashes on the loading screen. I sorted my load order with BOSS and have used the "busethreadedAI and iNumHWThreads" method, i reinstalled the game, verified cache, but still nothing. I'm also using FOSE. Can someone please help? this is my load order, if anyone here can help with it. I tried Nexus forums, but the Fallout 3 section of that place is near dead.

are you using step six of the setup guide? the updated unofficial patch? you should. how about the 4GB mod? CASM?
did you use FO3Edit to sort the load order?

Yes I've used the 4GB mod and FO3 edit as well as used BOSS. I haven't had any problems playing it until several days ago, to where i had to reinstall the game. But ever since then I've had this problem

Also I read where other people were having this problem and the unofficial patch and casm did not help. I also loaded a save from the beginning of the game and the issue persists

sorry. i asked if you used step six of the guide. the unnoficial upgraded patch. the 4GB and CASM are all fine and dandy, but if you aren't running the patch, you're asking for trouble.
you got FOSE installed and confirmed in the console as working?

You're mixing blackened and foip, that's a no no.

You should disable all of these plugins, they're all covered by the single blackened patch.

If you have a big nmc texture pack without large address aware enabled (4gb enabler) that is a common source of similar crashes. Just guessing.

I really like project reality, a single plugin is a nice substitute for the 10 for fellout + enhanced weather.

I went ahead and did what both of you said, and after doing so I'm still having the same issue. FOSE will load, but only if I'm in an interior cell. It seems to be one of the mods though, because after i deactivated all the mods I loaded a game save at the beginning, and it was not an issue.

i apologize but i just laughed at the ludricous amount of mods... The game doesn't support windows 7 and 8 so don't think it will be fine running it on vanilla let alone mods.

untrue. it says it's not optomized for win7. that does not mean it doesn't work with win7. with the patch and the other recommended mods, the game runs fine on win7 64. (i doubt the game would run any better on XP without the mods!)

Turns out it was Fallout Stutter Remover that was causing the issue. Who knew? Thanks for the replies though, it seems to be running better now.
EDIT: Actually something else is causing it. I think its one of the mods. I'll have to keep uninstalling til i find out which one it is.
