Found weird thing in springvale (Probly Mod)

Played fallout after installing the unoffical patch and found a Point Lookout New Items brain jar and in it was a union hat, elephant rifle, jayhawk, old army revolver and a couple of other items.
My question is if its a unoffical patch thing or other mod thing?

Its Not A Mod When Bethesda Created The Game And The DLC's They Forgot To Remove Some Things

You were right the first time, it's a mod thing.

The brain jar appearing between the two gas pumps in the station near megaton is from the Ironsights mod,.

Specifically it's the point lookout optional plugin,
"RH_IronSights_PL_NewItems.esp"

This is also built into the "paradox" version of the ironsights mod.

The brain jar is basically a cheat for testing with all the added weapons from that plugin such as the elephant gun.

The second gas pump may contain a huge number of weapons also, that's from the Ironsights EVE bridge if you installed it.

Wrong I reinstalled my game just to make sure and it was something they forgot to remove in the GECK it was there but it is rare to see it only shows up some times

Cool story bro, that's amazing you found a container full of items completely unique to the Ironsights Mod without actually having the mod installed.

Maybe the code for the elephant gun, jayhawk, and union hat spontaneously generated themselves on your computer, since none of them exist in the vanilla game but you miraculously found them.

Sry for Necro post man, but there also is an EVE machine next to the jar, with like tons of bullets plasma guns and nukes. Any idea how to remove it? It really breaks immersion
