Fallout 3 goty achievements-any chance to get and unlock them?

Hi i read articles on forums about windows life ,no cd keys etc...but is there a way how to play and get achievements anyway?thanks for advice..

Hi thanks for the tips but i am little confused-will i see achievements on steam like in other games?and when i can found and install that mentioned patch?sorry i am sometimes confused a bit..

I didn´t get any achievments on my GOTY version too, neither trough steam or Windows Live

Ok so the Falout 3 Goty edition on steam simple does not have achievements right?so there are only on xbox?I

Not F3 GOTY, only in windows Live but even there it´s trickier to get them. just play for fun on PC, don´t mind the achievments :)

F3 GOTY for PS3 has achievments and i believe Xbox also as

i'm still wondering about this as well. i think the guy that said we can get acheivements on steam, is more than a little bit confused.

If you have any game on your steam or retail that uses games for windows live too you can use its key in fallout 3 in order to win games for windows live achievements and log in your Live account.

No, there are no achievements on Steam for this game.

You can *try* logging into Games for Windows Live using the CD-key from another game that also uses Games for Windows Live and get Fallout 3 achievements that way. This has worked for some people. If you don't have the CD-key from another game that uses Games for Windows Live then this won't work. :-(

You can use the "Personal Achievements Log Mod"[www.nexusmods.com] (also linked above). It doesn't work like Steam or GFWL achievements where it shows up on an online profile somewhere, it's just for you for fun.

I suggest first installing Nexus Mod Manager[www.nexusmods.com] which makes using mods from that site easier than installing manually. Once you have the Mod Manager installed click the link above, then click the "FILES" button, then "DOWNLOAD WITH MANAGER" and follow the prompts for installation. If you have questions or trouble with the Mod Manager feel free to ask.
