2.Press Settings
3.Go To The Tab "Local Files"
4.Press The Button That Says "VERIFY INTERGRITY OF GAME CACHE..."
5.If that didn't wok Reinstall your game and don't worry your save files stay in your Doucments file here is the location of mine C:\Users\Connor\Documents\My Games\Fallout3\Saves
If this does not work add and message me on steam for more help
Change bBackground Mouse=0
to bBackground Mouse=1
if you edit fallout_default.ini you are a dummy so don't do that.
rename the MainTitle.wav to something else.
rename data\Music (folder) to something else.
turn off music in your in game settings.
Dont play the radio when the music is on. (it locks up after a few seconds).
The issue is the worst while in vault 101 after the escape quest starts.
Normally the multicore fix and 4gb patch will run it fine. But most have the unofficial patch and have problems needing workarounds.
Verifying the game with the unoficial patch installed can also cause further issues.
