Fallout 3 - Game of the Year Edition

Does more endurance mean you get more hp upon level up?
I've looked and I can't find anything that says about it anywhere. Is the max health 300 and the enduranc just determines how long it takes to get up to that point so that with 10 enduranc eyou have max hp, with 1 endurance base hp, but at level 30 both people will have the same hp?

From what I understand from the wiki (I could be wrong) Each endurance point gives you +20 max health and some other bonuses, but health per level supposedly is the same (10 health per level), and health is calculated as 90 + endurance times 20 + levels times 10.

So, a 5 endurance character will have roughly 340 health at level 30 (190 from endurance/base + 150 from levels), while a 10 endurance character will have 440 health at level 30 (290 from endurance/base + 150 from levels) and a 1 endurance character would have roughly 290 hp (120 from endurance/base + 150 from levels).

But thats what I'm assuming, you can get more or less all endurance perks with 7 endurance.
