Can I get rid of a bobblehead using console commands?

I was planning to go for the perk that increases all SPECIAL stats to 9 and I grabbed the Strength bobblehead in Megaton without thinking.

I don't have a save to reload and it was too long ago, I really don't feel like starting all over just because of this, but it would look stupid if all stats except for Strength were at 10.

Anyway, are there any console commands for removing the effects from the bobblehead and moving it back from the Megaton house to Sheriff's house, just as if it was never taken to begin with?

I didn't even use the benefits of that strength bobblehead at all, melee was never touched, perks related to strength were never unlocked and I'm not near the carry weight limit.

I already completed "Those!"... I can't take Intense Training because I'd have to take it after the perk that increases all SPECIAL stats to 9 and that's the last perk that can be taken. I just want to have all SPECIAL stats at 10.

Yes actully there is.... it's a 2 part solution... 1. remove the stat point from your stats with a console command.. set.av* or something like that 2. Goto Megaton and use the place@me command to spawn the bobblehead.. or you could jus use the Set* command to set strength to 10.
