Best dump stat?
I'm looking at starting a new game later tonight and I'm looking for some input on a good dump stat.

I know charisma is supposed to be a good choice but I enjoy playing talkie characters, so been able to take the charisma related perks that give dialog options is normally a must for me as soon as they are available.

My current thinking is dumping strength, perception or endurance but I'm not sure what direction to take?

Charisma is useless unless you absolutely need Speech and Barter higher in the beginning. But even so it's not that big of a difference. Just tag Speech and Barter. There is no Charisma checks in this game.

I have like 1000 hours in this game and I can honestly tell you SPECIAL stats mean crap in this game. Skills are the more important stats. All the SPECIALs are really used for is the initial boost for their respected skills. Intelligence is probably the most important but considering you can reach 100 points in each skill with an INT of 1 (with Eductated and skillbooks) by the end of the game it's not even worth it then.

But not to rant to much and answer your question, I'd say either Perception or Charisma are good to dump.

Yep, Intelligence should do just fine, but not necessary. If you enjoy charisma, then it's a good choice. I use a lot of VATS, so I also like to put some in Agility.

If by dump you mean ignore, if you are comfortable with seeing ninja ferals facehugging you when you turn back in dark metro tunnels, id say perception is THE most useless among them.
