Download ENB .161 from http://enbdev.com/download_mod_falloutnv.htm. All you will need from this download is the d3d9.dll from the wrapper folder. Backup any original d3d9 in your main fallout folder and then overwrite with this one.
(Ok for this one install it and open wrapper version then ONLY take out the d3d9 file inside it and put it into a work folder make sure that folder is empty to not confuse yourself)
Place entire contents of my mod folder into you main fallout folder. Overwrite if necessary.
(What this means is it wants you to download the mod from nexus then put ALL the files from it inside to the work folder once you have put that into it, copy everything inside the folder DO NOT JUST COPY THE FOLDER! IT MUST BE EMPTIED INTO THE FO3 DIRECTORY not the data folder then try it)
BE SURE to have all anti aliasing off in game and wherever else found. No Overlays.
(You may do this in the fo3 launcher also found in the main directory)
(i dont backup my games cuz it almost never goes wrong heres my current and favorite enb https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/21397 though i do crash a fair amount with all enbs
