Can’t drop items HELP!

I recently noticed that the option to drop items is no longer available when I bring my pip boy menu up. The only thing I can do is repair. Anyone have a fix? Using PS4 controller.

I have had that happen, I just put the stuff into a body or container.

That happened to me a day ago and i found out that while playing with a controller and if it disconects in-game, the game wont recognize the controller sucessfully and that bug happens, you need to quit game and reenter fallout while the controller is conected and it should be ok

I don't remember having an actual option to drop things in FO3?

You right click when using the mouse... So whatever control you use for aim/block should (at least theoretically) drop the currently highlighted item in your inventory?
