Game won't launch

After the last updates I can not get the game to launch. The launcher opens and when I hit play the game doesn't launch. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Any advice?

i have the same Problem.
Official and unofficial Patches does not work too.

I have the same problem and I have tried nearly every option given on nearly 10 discussion threads with no success. FOSE no longer works with this version nether does GFWL disabler. No graphics setting changes work either.

It's funny that the patch that was suppoe to fix the game makes it run worse

Yes sad indeed, guess my days of FO3 are over unless a miracle happens. a miracle did happen! By changing the graphics settings for Fallout.exe and FalloutSteamLauncher.exe to high it fixed it! Full solution here. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2644976607&tscn=1639478812

I fixed this by instaliing Intel HD graphics Bypass package mods https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/17209?tab=description. This bug prevents the game from launching by setting the default graphic card as Intel HD
