FPS Cap
(Sorry my bad english)

When my game pass 60 FPS everything stay at fast motion, like I run faster, reload faster, shoot and get shot faster, etc. How can I cap my FPS at 60 FPS?

if you have a 60hz refresh rate monitor just tick vsync in the launcher if you have higher refresh rate like 144hz then just use a program called nvidia inspector to cap it to 60fps

1.In Nvidia Inspector profile type:Fallout 3
2.Click mouse on Frame Rate Limiter option and choose desire FPS limit
3.Click Apply changes
4.Done
